Overview

Charles Rivers School offers an academically challenging education that is both analytical and experiential. From PreK through Grade 8, we teach students to think critically and creatively. CRS students solve problems and construct projects. They learn to observe, classify, draw inferences, generate hypotheses and evaluate. Children actively express themselves through drama and dance, simulate historical events and document their learning through writing and artistic expression.

Our extraordinary faculty engages students in a rich core of thematic learning experiences, always with an eye to the global community. English, math, science, social studies, the arts…at Charles River School these classes are not unrelated stops along the school day but an integrated continuum of study from early morning until dismissal.
