Extended Day

From the earliest grades, our students study with an extraordinary array of specialist teachers in the areas of art, science, technology, library skills, world language, drama, music, and physical education. Specialist teachers work closely with classroom teachers to link activities and experiences with thematic studies where possible.

In addition, teachers weave health and wellness curriculum throughout their classroom activities, and students participate in community service opportunities throughout the year. A full-time learning specialist works with teachers and parents to ensure that each individual student's learning needs are met.
