Children in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten participate in a movement-based curriculum with emphasis on body management skills, fitness activities, locomotion skills, and spatial awareness. In first through third grades, children learn specific skills such as catching, throwing, and kicking. Students in these grades also explore dance, tumbling, and gymnastics. In these grades, children participate in a wide variety of activities to develop specific skills while learning to work cooperatively with peers.

In fourth through sixth grades, students continue to develop specific physical skills and also focus on the development of wellness concepts. We also offer students in these grades increased opportunities to participate in team sports through after school sports programs.
We offer a program of interscholastic competition for students in sixth through eighth grades during the fall, winter, and spring. Our offerings include soccer and field hockey in the fall, basketball in the winter, and boys' and girls' lacrosse and tennis in the spring.
In addition to learning specific strategies and skills, our coaches work with our students to develop group cooperation, teamwork, and a sense of fair play. Our teams compete with teams of similar age and ability from neighboring schools.
