

World Language Overview
CRS students can choose to learn French or Spanish beginning in sixth grade. Both are three year programs in which students focus on communication skills in the target language as well as cultural studies. Students build vocabulary in each language, as well as grammatical tools to be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. In addition to to formal world language classes, students in younger grades learn about different languages as they relate to the classroom theme.
