Dismissal Times

Dismissal and Carpool Procedures

Children are dismissed at different times during the day, depending upon their grade and involvement in after school activities.  Younger siblings will be dismissed with the oldest sibling.  If the oldest sibling is staying for sports, parents may pick up the younger sibling(s) at the time designated for his/her class. Dismissal procedures are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

12:00 noon – PreKindergarten

1:30 – Kindergarten

3:00 pm – Grades 1,2,3

3:10 pm – Grades 4,5,6

3:15 pm – Grades 7/8

Wednesday

12:0 noon – PreKindergarten

1:30 pm – Grades K,1,2,3

1:40 pm – Grades 4,5,6

1:55 pm – Grade 7/8

Sports carpools will continue as usual at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday and 4:30 p.m. other days

All-School Noon Dismissal

12:00 pm – Pre-K, K, 1,2,3

12:10 pm – Grades 4,5,6

12:15 pm – Grade 7/8

Dismissal for Students in After-School Sports, Study Hall and EDP

4:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) – Sports (unless different time specified on game schedule)

4:15 pm (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) – Study Hall

3:00 pm (Wednesdays) – Study Hall and Sports (unless different time specified on game schedule)

Cars will line up single file in the school driveway at the speed bump and will move forward when motioned by a faculty member.  They exit via Old Meadow Road.

Students in EDP will be brought out at 4:30, but may be picked up earlier.
