2021-2022 Community Agreement

As we return to campus amidst the ongoing pandemic, we must prioritize our own health as well as the health and safety of others in the CRS community.

We are incredibly proud of the ways in which our community has navigated the pandemic, always prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of our students and teachers. In order to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we continue to depend on every member of the community to adhere to CRS health and safety protocols, as well as to any state guidelines and restrictions, both on and off campus.

Parents, please review the expectations with your child(ren).

As a member of the Charles River School community, I commit to the following:

  • I will self-monitor for symptoms both honestly and accurately. I will stay home if I am not feeling well or if I am experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms and will report any symptoms to the School Nurse.

  • I will wear a two- or three-ply mask at all required times on campus.

  • I will participate in contact tracing as needed and will immediately report any exposure to COVID-19 to the School Nurse. I will quarantine (per state and Dover Board of Health) if there is an occurrence of a COVID-19 positive case.

  • While off-campus, I will adhere to all Massachusetts State health requirements and recommendations, particularly any associated with travel, indoor or outdoor public gatherings, physical distancing, face coverings, and guidelines for youth sports and activities.

  • I will prioritize the health and safety of the CRS community in decision-making about social engagements, including playdates, sleepovers, and parent-related get-togethers.

  • I will read all communications from CRS and, if requested, will respond promptly. The pandemic is ever-changing and the school may need to revise or adapt protocols accordingly. Families should stay informed and pay close attention to CRS communications that provide updates and specific instructions.
