All parents are invited to our Diversity and Inclusion Breakfast, an opportunity for us to highlight the enduring "Why?" and the ever-progressing "How?" of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work at CRS.
As a community, we are responsible for raising children who know themselves, understand others, and are equipped with the tools to go out and change the world. The curriculum and development around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are crucial to this mission. Come see projects that are being done in Pre-K/K, 4th Grade, and 7th Grade, hear from students about their curriculum, hear from faculty about the professional development done at the faculty and staff level to continue our own personal work, and learn about the ways we need parents and caregivers to partner with us in this journey. The work we are doing is messy, it is challenging, and above all, it is essential. Together as a community, we can make it happen.
Charles River School is a PreKindergarten through Grade 8 independent school that honors the pursuit of academic excellence and the joy of childhood. We nurture each child by igniting curiosity, encouraging creativity, and cultivating intellectual engagement. Our graduates know themselves, understand others, and shape the future of our diverse world with confidence and compassion.
