Our MUNers had another great conference! Twenty-seven CRS students recently attended the 2019 Middle School Model UN Conference (MSMUN) at Wentworth Institute of Technology and Northeastern University. Nearly 600 students from 32 area public and independent middle schools attended MSMUN to engage in problem-solving dynamic global issues.
The Charles River School delegates represented a number of countries—Australia, Iraq, China, Bangladesh, Argentina—on eight different committees. All of the CRS students were involved in writing and passing many resolutions and several students were honored with awards at the conference. We are proud of our sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-grade participants!
