CRS Launches 21 Day Equity Challenge

The tragedies and life-altering events we have lived through have highlighted fundamental inequities and systemic issues that have been shouldered by communities of color and other marginalized communities for far too long. Now that we have seen it, we cannot unsee it, and we, as a community, must come together to use our power, talent, skill, and passion to make our community, our country, and our world more equitable and inclusive spaces. A daunting task?

We need only to turn inward to start this journey. Let’s do it together.

To start, click on the Padlet or visit the calendar for a suggested activity per day for 21 days. If you use the Padlet, scroll down under each column and choose one activity per day, in any order. If you choose a book, this can span over several days. Further your understanding of power, privilege, supremacy, oppression, and equity. Doing something for 21 days straight is habit building, a step toward making social justice a guiding principle of your life.
