Keeping Family at the Center: Technology & Digital Media in the Middle Grades 6-8 (Zoom)

Steve Trust, CRS Director of  Technology will lead a discussion of current research about the impact of technology and digital media, and practical advice for raising children with a healthy, well balanced “media diet” in an age of ever-increasing technology. Specific topics touched on will be managing social media, how to handle inappropriate content, group chats and texting, and independence with personal devices (tablets, laptops, and cell phones).
