Nihal brings a unique perspective to his role, shapred by his experiences as an educator, advisor, and enrollment professional. He joins CRS from Beacon Academy, where he most recently served as Enrollment & Placement Coordinator, guiding students and families through the high school application process and partnering with more than 50 independent schools across New England. Before moving into admissions, Nihal taught middle school mathematics at both Beacon Academy and Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina. In addition to teaching, he coordinated experiential learning programs, advised students, and helped lead initiatives that fostered belonging and student engagement. Nihal earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Oberlin College and a Master of Education in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
