Keeping Family at the Center: Technology and Digital Media in the Early Grades 3-5 (Zoom)

Steve Trust, CRS Director of Technology will lead a discussion of current research about the impact of technology and digital media, and practical advice for raising children with a healthy, well balanced “media diet” in an age of ever-increasing technology. Specific topics touched on will be managing online games, streaming services like YouTube, Netflix, group chats and texting, and preparation for introducing personal devices (tablets, laptops, and cell phones).
