Kristen joins our community from Fay School, where she has been a dorm parent and assistant kindergarten teacher for the last four years. She also served as a paraprofessional in the Brockton Public School District. Kristen’s practice as an early childhood educator is firmly rooted in the belief that play, meaningful rela- tionships, and thoughtful docu- mentation are paramount to a child’s development. Kristen’s teaching philosophy centers on creating nurturing and developmentally appropriate environments where every child feels secure, capable, and motivated to learn and explore. She is looking forward to bringing her dedication and creativity to the kindergarten team.
