We are excited to invite our entire community to join us on a strategic planning process for the next 3-5 years that will move us forward with energy and momentum!  As we plan, we will center the perspectives and needs of our children and follow the example that they set for us each day with joyful collaboration. Important Dates to Know

  • May 3rd Dream. Design. Do. Day: On Friday, May 3rd we will hold an interactive Dream. Design. Do strategic planning session from 8:30 – 9:30am for current families and Trustees on the morning of May Day.  

About Our Facilitators

We are working with two expert facilitators, Jen Silbert and Damien Ewens of Spartina Consulting. Using Appreciative Inquiry as the methodology for the plan, we are tapping into areas to study as learners in the process. We are not creating a document to sit on a shelf; we are creating a living and breathing plan that honors our pursuit of academic excellence and the joy of childhood.
